Welcome to SOWIZ (sowiz-sg.com). Your access to and use of our website and platform services are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the SOWIZ platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. General Provisions

The SOWIZ platform provides white-label loyalty, membership, event booking, and POS & order systems. These services are operated under the SOWIZ brand.

Users include businesses or individuals who register to use the SOWIZ platform ("Merchants") and end customers of those Merchants ("Customers").

2. Account Obligations & Registration

  • Merchants must provide accurate, valid, and lawful business information when registering.
  • Merchants are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials and passwords confidential.
  • SOWIZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if unlawful activity or misuse of the platform is found.

3. Transactions & Payments

All payments for SOWIZ services are processed online in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through our payment gateway partners. Accepted methods may include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, PayNow, and GrabPay, subject to availability.

Merchants agree to pay service fees according to the pricing model agreed in their cooperation contract (whether per transaction, per ticket sold, per booking, or per active member).

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, source code, UI/UX designs, and technology on sowiz-sg.com and the SOWIZ platform are owned by SOWIZ and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

SOWIZ strives to keep our systems reliable around the clock. However, we are not liable for financial or operational losses suffered by Merchants caused by third-party internet network disruptions, natural disasters (force majeure), or errors in operation by Merchants or Customers.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the SOWIZ platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
